Cosima Klasen worked at Fortress Investment Group and ACREST Property Group for many years. She was most recently responsible for a large non-performing retail real estate portfolio. Her extensive experience in the revitalization of real estate with an increased risk profile will now benefit ACALA Capital Investors. Ms Klasen holds a Master of Science in Management and Real Estate Finance and Investment from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Germany) and the University of Reading.

Anne Mertke was part of ACREST Property Group from its founding until its sale. She was responsible for the investment cycle of an insolvent retail real estate portfolio. ACALA Capital Investors now benefits from her in-depth expertise in the area of acquisition, leasing, project development and sales. Ms Mertke studied law in Potsdam, Munich and Lausanne and holds the degree “Immobilienökonom” from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht (Germany).
